BlackLine reviews the event details and determines what additional information may be needed, including riders, stage plots, PA requirements and venue specifications.

Build the Production Quote

Once the requirements are understood, the appropriate equipment and production needs can be identified and priced.

Confirm the Event

Altitude, weather, power and access all behave differently up here. We plan for the Gunnison Valley, not a generic venue.

Delivery & Setup

Equipment is coordinated around the event schedule and production requirements, then set up and dialed in for the space.

What information do I need to request an event-production quote?

At minimum, provide your event date, location, service needed, estimated attendance and contact information. These are the core fields for BlackLine’s quote form.

What if I don't know what equipment I need?

That’s okay. Tell BlackLine what type of event you’re producing, where it will happen, how many people you expect and what needs to happen during the event.

Can I request multiple services?

Yes. BlackLine’s website is organized around five core service areas — Sound Equipment Rentals, PA & Audio Gear Rentals, Event & Stage Lighting, Backline Equipment Rentals and Wedding Audio Production.

Can I upload an artist rider?

Yes. Rider fulfillment is specifically part of BlackLine’s backline service. The quote form includes upload fields for technical riders, stage plots, input lists and other production documents.

Can I request equipment for a wedding?

Yes. BlackLine’s Wedding Audio Production service includes ceremony and reception sound, wireless microphones for vows, reception PA and DJ hookup support.

Does BlackLine provide both sound and lighting?
